Joyce M. Notarius
Born in New Rochelle, New York, Joyce Notarius served as law clerk to the Honorable Charles S. White, Court of Appeals for Indiana. Before beginning her tenure with Cadeaux, Taglieri & Notarius, PC, she was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the District of Columbia, and was a member of the in-house counsel program for the Travelers Insurance Company.

Henry M. Lloyd—Of Counsel
A native New Yorker, Henry Lloyd's career experience allows him to provide his clients with unique insight. Henry began his career in Washington, D.C. in 1967 as Legislative Staff Coordinator, AID, in the Department of State. In 1968, he left the Department of State to join the editorial board of The Washington Star, a position he retained until 1970. From 1971 until 1973, Henry served as Staff Director for the Subcommittee on Asian and Pacific Affairs for House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Since 1991, Henry has held the position of Professorial Lecturer in Law at George Washington Law School.
